WestView Capital Partners is focused exclusively on lower middle market companies. We provide equity capital to companies in a wide range of industries. Since 1990, the principals of WestView have completed investments in over 60 lower middle market companies, working side by side with management teams to help them achieve the strategic and financial objectives of their businesses. During this time, members of our team have assisted portfolio companies in raising over $1 billion in additional capital and consummating more than 100 acquisitions.

As the private equity sector has continued its rapid expansion, many funds have raised greater amounts of capital thereby necessitating a focus on larger transaction sizes. WestView was established to capitalize on this market dynamic while leveraging our teams’ historical emphasis on, and expertise in working with, lower middle market companies.
